Craniosacral Therapy – For deep, gentle healing of body and mind

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle but deeply effective form of treatment that helps balance the body's central nervous system. The therapy works with the bones of the skull, the spine, the sacrum, and the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Through gentle pressure and movements, the body's own ability to heal itself is supported, which can create both physical and mental relaxation.

How does the treatment work?

During a craniosacral treatment, you lie fully clothed on a table. I use light pressure to release tension and improve fluid flow around the brain and spinal cord. This creates a deep sense of calm and balance throughout the body. Many people experience an improvement in their condition after just one treatment, and the therapy is particularly beneficial for long-term or chronic problems.
